In recent years, our country in order to conserve naturalresources and control the pollution of the environment, improve work efficiency, andvigorously introduce many large sulfur acid and device, the device is a more advancedtechnology and equipment, the mainest is it saving energy and reducing consumption,and still can improve economic benefit.Although today’s automation, power electronics, microelectronics technology havebeen great progress, but now all kinds of speed regulation system still drag widespreadcertain defects and limitation, namely: most are using ac motor speed eugen vom cleffGMBH not drag adjust air volume way of working. This method is simple, but can’tsave electric energy, cannot achieve the best effect. In the process, mainly through themonitoring and control WinCC interface, use of PLC system and realize the dataacquisition, process control and communication realization, and frequency conversionto adjust blower rotational speed, to realize the economic to adjust air volume. In thispaper, we determined the system control plan, and to the system principle, design dodetailed exposition and analysis; And then the next place machine design and PCcommunications are introduced, and discusses the PC and Siemens S7-400PLC typeserial communication and the preparation conditions of PLC and PC communicationinterface program principle, etc. Use of PLC free port communication way realizationdata transmission, and then realize the computer and PLC real-time communication, toachieve the purpose of the monitoring system.
