Entering the 21 st world,building a new society with energy conservation,environmental protection and green health has become the trend of the times.In our country,high-power wind turbines are high-energy-consuming equipment for smelting enterprises,and they are among the most important in energy-saving and emission-reduction projects.The energy-saving pressure faced by Yunnan Chihong Zinc Co.,Ltd.Qujing Branch is also growing.During the operation of high-power fans,if the control vane is used to control the air volume of the fan,the vibration of the fan is large.The noise is also large.Therefore,how to reduce the energy consumption of the fan and reduce the noise pollution is an actual production problem that needs to be solved.In response to the enterprise spirit,energy saving and consumption reduction in motor system energy conservation,waste heat utilization,technological transformation actively carry out energy saving work.This paper puts forward that the \ "high voltage motor frequency control energy-saving transformation\" belongs to the blower motor system energy saving projects.With the continuous development of high-voltage frequency conversion technology and the improvement of performance,it is more and more widely used in China's energy-saving transformation.For example,the application of frequency converters in some high-energy industries such as thermal power generation industry and steel industry has become very common.Real application results,energy saving results are remarkable.Based on the background of the project and the problems to be solved,the paper discusses the development and research status of high-voltage variable frequency speed control technology.By comparing different speed control methods,the optimal power frequency control scheme is selected for the company's high power.The fan was rebuilt.In this paper,the selection of the inverter,the design of the high-voltage frequency conversion system,and the commissioning and operation of the equipment are discussed.In the fifth chapter,one of the motors was selected to simulate and analyze the advantages of variable frequency speed regulation.Through the research on energy-saving renovation of high-power fans,the company's fans have high energy consumption,low operating efficiency and unstable system.And through the operation has verified that the high-power fan frequency conversion speed transformation project can save the company about 4.88 million yuan in annual cost,with good economic and social benefits.
