Landfill leachate is a kind of organic wastewater with imbalance microbial nutrientelements, huge changes of water quality and quantity and high organic concentration, whichis hard to treat. Owing to the complex composition, huge toxic and high pollutants concentration, landfill leachate can exist in the environment for quite a long time. If onlyconsider its natural degradation, at least needs15years for the concentration reducing to thenational emission standards. In order to eliminate the risks and effects of leachate on humanand ecological environment, urban garbage treatment plant in Dongguan to be build a leachatetreatment station, which treatment capacity of300m3/d in the factory. Landfill leachategenerated by the waste treatment station to achieve the water quality standard of open-cyclecooling water system what "The reuse of urban recycling water--water quality standard forindustrial uses"(GB/T19923-2005) requirements, to supplement, pay, as a cooling tower ofthe factory ground Rinse, green plant, flushing with that reuse water.According to the scale of the project processing and the water quality characteristics oflandfill leachate from Dongguan city, based on reference to several domestic wasteincineration plants using landfill leachate treatment process, to compare the effect of thetreatment process, choose a treatment effect of a process close to the works deal with the goalto make appropriate improvements, and process and process equipment, more in line with theactual engineering of the treatment process, the treatment effect can meet the engineeringrequirements for the water quality standards.
