The Midea air-conditioning electric control board (below CPU Board) basic uses Wavesoldering technology completely. Wave soldering technology is the most important part in theair-conditioning manufacture engineering technology. In the all questions of theair-conditioning service, the problem of the electric control board quality is85%.During this,the problem of Wave soldering is75%. So it’s necessary to improve the technology of electriccontrol board. At the same time, because the technical level is limited. There is the gap in thecontrolling and researching of Wave soldering technology between the other electronicappliances industry in our country and international advance level. There is a big promotionspace for improving the bad soldering and the qualified rate of Wave soldering in theproduction process.This study includes four parts: The first part is exordium; the second part is the statisticsof Welding Technology in Current Situation and the main fault mode; the third part is theelement analysis of influencing Wave soldering technology; the four part is improvement ofelements in influencing Wave soldering technology. In the study, the fault data of electriccontrol board leads to the research topic. It base on PCB board and solder joint,and find outthe main fault mode, which is from statistics and analysis of Welding Technology and the dataof the bad veneer welding, the batch welding, different time and production etc. There arethree main fault modes: the analysis of thin tin, joint and fault soldered joint fault modes.Then, according to the needs in analysis of the project data and the goal requirement, wechoose the right quality statistics and analysis method. We use the method such as systemanalysis, the analysis of causality matrix, failure mode analysis, input-output analysis, processcapability analysis and multivariate analysis.Through the analysis, we will find out theelements of influencing Wave soldering quality. After data processing by Minitab software,we can transfer the data to picture. After finding out the elements of influencing Wavesoldering quality, we will get a research on promotion project. Through the Taxonomy ofelements, we will find that one is clearly on promotion project, which can improve the endingof processing directly. The other is that after analysis deeply, you can give a promotion, whichuse DOE method to give a hypothesis test and get the best promotion project. At last, comparewith the data before and after promotion, we will find out the promotion result obviously.This study confirm the control of Wave soldering technology in each link of project andthe details of technical promotion.It researches on the collection of project data, analysis oftechnology status,the confirm of bad welding factors, the technical promotion and improvement etc. This study uses scientific analysis methods.It support a useful method forsolving the problems of Wave soldering technology and other project in the future.
