| There is of great significance to study on anticorrosion of transmission tower. Because of its complex condition, the tower has often been corroded so as to decrease transmission system’s security immediately. In this paper, systematic research of corroded transmission tower coating system has been introduced. First, according to the angle steel of corroded tower, there are phosphating treatment on its surface and tests on drying time, corrosion resistance, adhesion and resistance to salt spray of phosphating film. Second, four kinds of anticorrosion primer have been screened by properties of adhesion, resistance to sodium chloride soaking, cutting resistance to salt spray and resistance to salt spray, in order to select the best to match phosphating film. Third, four coating systems have been screened by properties of adhesion, hardness, water resistance, alkali resistance and resistance to salt spray, in order to select the best to transmission tower. Four, nano-SiO2, which surface is modificated by ultrasound dispersion, has been used in modified anticorrosion finish, and the finish has been tested on adhesion, hardness, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, resistance to salt spray, ultraviolet irradiation resistance and weatherability. The results show that phosphating solution is suitable for pretreatment before painting for corroded tower, the best primer is epoxy/iron-red anticorrosion paint, the best coating system is with epoxy/iron-red anticorrosion paint as primer, epoxy/mica paint as intermediate coating, fluorocarbon paint as finish. The best time of ultrasound dispersion is about30min, when amount of silane coupling agent KH570is5%of nano-SiO2weight. The modified finish owns the best properties and meets the national standard, when amount of nano-SiO2is3%of finish weight. |
