| Since the industrial revolution, increasing use of atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations leads to global warming,which attects earth’s environment, natural resources and the safety of human beings and makes human survival and development face enormous challenges.Carbon dioxide as the main greenhouse gas is emitted mainly from the energy industry,of which the largest contribution is from the power industry.For our situation,coal-dominated energy structure determined that China’s power structure is based on thermal power,which is our carbon emissions significantly mainly due to.Thus, reducing coal emissions is to build our country one of the key points of low-carbon electricity.In order to help China’s power structure optimization and for national greenhouse gas emissions inventory of data to provide a strong foundation,in this paper, the power industry as an entry point,firstly, through the establishment of the basic principles of accounting of the power industry carbon emissions,I research and exposition the accounting principles, accountingobjectives, the scope of accounting, accounting methods of carbon emissions for the power industry.By analyzing thermal power plant processes, principles of boiler equipment,I summarize the factors that affect the carbon emissions. Through the design of the framework of indicator system and selection of specific indicators,I build a power generation side of the carbon accounting and monitoring indicators.Secondely,taking Baoding generation side for example, collecting activities data through field research, Such as installed capacity, the annual average utilization hours, power generation,installed capacity of the structure, fuel mix, coal indicators of characteristics, power plants and other coal consumption,! calculate and measure the carbon emissions of power generation, heating and desulphurization of Baoding power generation side.Then I analysis the characteristics of supply and demand of the Baoding-load power,forecast electricity consumption of Baoding and calculate emissions of carbon of per kilowatt-hour of electricity from thermal power plant by using life cycle method. So it can draw the predictions of carbon emissions of Baoding from2010to2020.Finaly,by building the development scenarios of carbon dioxide emissions in the electricity of Baoding from2020to2050based on scenario analysis,it can be estimated that carbon dioxide emissions of power consumption of Baoding from2020to2050.So that it can be put forward proposals and measures from four perspectives of national policy,power generation side,power links, and DSM. |
