Throughthe corresponding used to MSW in the processing of fluidized bed, rotary furnace type, mechanicalgrate Incineration technologies has wide adaptability, convenient operation, perfect and reliable, highstability, large capacity, convenient operation and maintenance, less harmful gases, can burn MSW ofthe low heat value and high moisture, it is incineration technology equipment that suitable for China’sMSW. t. Stoker machinery of reciprocating motion can not only realize life rubbish in the bed andlongitudinal and stoker turn mixture mixing, increasing ventilation pore, improve life rubbish dry,burning and burning out uniformity and stability, and thus the ash and smoke from the longitudinalmobile bed.According to the characteristics of MSW, and connecting with the domestic and foreign existingwaste incineration equipment design research, design a kind of garbage per day for350t the steps of thetwo stages reciprocating inverse push stoker mechanical system, this system mainly including thestocker piece, driving system, frame system, a wind of the room, etc.Dynamics simulation software ADAMS as a platform, through the in ADAMS/View in themodule establish driven multibody dynamics model, and loading approximate the actual workingcondition boundary conditions for the stoker system driving devices are dynamics simulation, test andanalysis of driving system running smoothness and rationality of the design. And in order to optimizethe drive of the mechanical impact for reducing the levers of acceleration goal, to drive the length ofcomponents, the optimization design.With FEM analysis software ANSYS as the platform, through the main parts of the system of thestoker make FEM analysis, verification system structure of the stoker components in strength andsecurity whether on meet the design requirements, and according to the simulation results of the localstress concentration area optimization design. Mainly includes four parts:1.burning section along asingle grate piece of thermal analysis;2.in the grate thermal analysis get along the thermal stress afterthe temperature field analysis;3.the activities of the drive system beam mechanics analysis andoptimization;4.driving system on the levers of stress analysis.
