As one of the core equipment in modern mechanized fully mechanized mining equipment,the shearer is a mechanical equipment that integrates coal cutting,coal breaking and coal loading.At present,in order to solve the problem of long span power transmission in shearer cutting section,the method of multi-stage involutes spur gear linkage and the end-connecting planetary gear reducer are adopted.However,due to the large number of transmission stages,the number of bearings and the number of gears to be installed are large,which leads to problems such as complicated space structure and low transmission efficiency of the transmission system.Focusing on the problem,this paper proposes an improved design scheme of "two-stage spur gear-two-stage bevel gear-two-stage planetary gear" with a high-power shearer cutting section,and the methods of system optimization,statics simulation,modal analysis and dynamics simulation are used.The results show that the design meets the application standard and has some advantages.First of all,this paper proposes that a new structural form with two-stage spur gear set and cone.On the basis of determining the power input,based on the strength theory,obtaining the dimensional design parameters of each component.According to the multi-index constraint boundary conditions,the optimal wheel train design parameters are obtained by genetic algorithm,and the design strengths are all satisfied.Secondly,three-dimensional modeling of the components of the optimized shearer cutting section drive system was carried out by CREO,and the assembly and interference inspection were carried out.The structural equivalent stress,bending stress,contact stress and the trend of load change of each component was carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results show that the material permitting characteristics are satisfied,which lays a foundation for subsequent dynamics simulation analysis.Make deep analysis on the modal analysis of the transmission system,and the rotational speed condition of the resonance phenomenon of the transmission system during the working process is more comprehensively understood.And the reliability of the design scheme is increased.Finally,through the ADAMS,the dynamic simulation analysis of spur gear group,bevel gear group and the improved shearer cutting part transmission system is carried out.The results of vibration displacement,collision force and moment of transmission parts show that the new structural system of the improved shearer cutting section runs smoothly and stably.In conclusion,on the premise that the improvement scheme proposed in this paper meets the design requirements,and greatly reduces the number of gears,shafts and bearings,thereby simplifying the space structure,reducing the manufacturing cost,improving the transmission efficiency of the working machine,and reducing the energy loss during normal working,is a practicable scheme.
