It’s very important to broaden the feedstock which can produce lube base oil and paraffin wax with high quality efficiently in the solvent dewaxing process. To develop the technique of vaccum cut4furfural-refined oil manufactured by Sinopec Gaoqiao Petroleum Co. Ltd. producing HVI650lube base oil and66#refined wax, proper solvent was used to improve the effect of solvent dewaxing and great progress was made.According to the problem of vacuum cut4furfural-refined benzol-ketone-dewaxed oil can produce HVI Ib650lube base oil rather than HVI Ic650in industry, proper dewaxing solvent was selected. The result showed that the most efficient one was MEK-MIBK. Then, the effect on vacuum cut4furfural-refined oil by using MEK-MIBK was investigated. The optimal condition was MEK:MIBK=3:7(V/V), total dilution ratio of dewaxing section of5.0(W/W) and dewaxing temperature of-17℃. Adding0.1%polymethacrylate can make the filtration velocity increase16%. The corresponding yield of dewaxed oil was68.51%with solidifying point of-12℃and Ⅵ of109, which was fit to produce HVI Ic650lube base oil. The yield of deoiled wax was22.03%with melting point of67.5℃and oil content of0.76%, which can be used as66#refined wax. And the yield of the rest of oil containing wax was8.5%, which can be used as feedstock of lube hydrotreating unit.Then, MEK-MIBK dewaxing and furfural refining of negative sequence was also studied at the same condition as positive sequence. The yield of dewaxed oil was48.39%with solidifying point of-14℃and Ⅵ of90, which was fit to produce HVI Ib650lube base oil. The yield of deoiled wax was22.83%with melting point of67.4℃and oil content of0.75%, which can be used as66#refined wax. And the yield of the rest of oil containing wax was12%, which can be used as feedstock of lube hydrotreating unit.The composition of average structure of two feedstocks was calculated by using improved Brown-Ladner Method and their solubility parameter was obtained, which indicated that compared with benzol-ketone, their solubility was less in MEK-MIBK, more oil and less wax was dissolved and lead to the low oil content of MEK-MIBK deoiled wax.The economic estimate showed that using MEK-MIBK of positive sequence can increase economic benefit more largely in contrast with negative sequence.
