With the commission of Cased Hole Formation Resistivity Logging in our country,CHFR will be widely deployed in oil field around our country.The instrument is through the measurement of the small voltage drop.in the case, the formation resistivity can be achieved.Compare with the current extensive use of neutron lifetime logging and C/O ratio spectrometry logging,CHFR has deep prospecting,and it is suitable for different porosity and reservoir water salinity formation. The demand of cased hole formation resistivity logging is big in domestic.especially in Oil field with high water cut,such as Daqing,liaohe and Toha.PetroChina use CHFR to log more than100wells,the effect in most of the wells is very good,it confirms oil-bearing saturability effectively.So CHFR is a compelling technology in oil field.Since2006,the Key Laboratory of photoelectricity Gas&oil Logging and Detecting Ministry of Education of Xi’an Shiyou University has the research of CHFR. At present,CHFR test device has been achieved initial success. Because of invests the mass productions,debugging circuit system and validating the CHFR become particularly important.This paper introduces the principle and development of CHFR,expounds the debugging method and debugging results of the circuit system in CHFR,and introduce piecemeally.Given the debugging method and debugging results of the high power drive source,signal conditioning board,and data collection system, at the last,analyse the the measurement influence for different measuring methods by experimental data,and determine the precision and stability of the circuit system.Our experiments provided evidence that our CHFR is in accordance with its technical indicators.
