Development Of Oil Pollution Detergent Water-based Type

Water-based detergent of metallic for its cleaning ability, cleansing well, not burning andblasting, to use safe, no corrosion cleaning parts and is widely used in production and life, andcould save energy, washing cost is low, have a lot of social significance and economicsignificance. In this article, the method of weightlessness, combined with the surface activeagent in aqueous solution to the oil removal rate and the cloud point, in the common non-ionsurfactant and anionic surfactant in screening out oil effect is better and cloud point higherseveral surface active agent: NP-10,6501, AES. Through blends with surface active agent,carries on a series of orthogonal test to determine the composition of the detergent, developedwith the surface active agent and inorganic fertilizer as the main components of the type ofwater-based crude oil detergents and water-based type butter and polished stainless steelcleaning detergent. From cleaning time, cleaning temperature and concentration of cleaningeffect of the oil removal result, in the main components of the role to get the detergent. Theexperimental results show that:（1） Crude oil in density is3%, cleaning time for1h, temperature of60℃for thecondition of oil removal rate could reach down more than98%, and can used repeatedly.（2） At the temperature of70℃, cleaning time for30min, the best formula of buttercleaning is: NP-10:4%;6501:2%; AES:10%; Na₂CO₃:5%; Na₂SiO₃:5%; STPP:4%.（3） Comprehensive consideration of the effect of its colour and lustre, brightness, cost,draw the best polishing technology conditions of316wire rope is: cleaning time of5min,temperature of70℃, brightening agent, choose sulfonylurea salicylic acid.Type water base oil detergents and water-based detergent and polished stainless steeltype butter environmental pollution detergent small, cost low, can overcome traditionalorganic solvents,characteristic of flammable, low security faults, and can be applyed in anyfields.
