Ever since human beings discovered and excavated oil, they have been dealing with the wax of crude oil all the time.The problem of oil well wax deposition has caused serious problems in the production of oil wells with high wax content.The wax deposition problem has restricted the oil production rate of oil wells and reduced the oil recovery rate.To some extent, it can be said that the problem of wax deposition on the oil well caused a high threat on efficiency production.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a systematic and thorough study on the mechanism and rule of paraffin wax, and the optimization of paraffin control measures, so as to realize the efficient and safe production of oil well.The crude oil of Jilin oilfield is high waxy crude oil. The crude oil has been solidified high in temperature and paraffin precipitate from crude oil all the time.So, it can be seen that the wax problem in this area is very prominent.In the process of oil well production, the wax oil is the result of the increase of resistance,which leads to the increase of the broken off chance of sucker rod.At the same time, the pressure of the oil pipe is increased.To a certain extent, the leakage loss probability of the oil pipe and the deep well pump is increased.This paper mainly in oil of Jilin oilfield,investigated on the actual situation of paraffin wax,and made comparison of advantages and disadvantages of various methods of cleaning and preventing wax.Finally, the problem of wax deposition in oil field is solved by the method of chemical paraffin removal.In this paper, through the static clear wax and calculate the dissolution rate of paraffin optimized a pigging system. In the development process of the system mainly screened and optimized to solvent, surfactant, scattered agent and solvent. In the end, an efficient paraffin removal system was obtained.Secondly, the "inverted cup method" test wax rate optimization a paraffin system.In the development of anti wax system mainly screened to common surface active agents.The composite system of several surfactants can play a good role in anti wax, and finally determine the composition and ratio of the wax control system.In the end, this paper developed a kind of emulsion type anti wax system.In this system, there are not only the components of the paraffin control system, but also the components of the anti wax system, and can also play the purpose of removing the wax and paraffin wax.In the development of the anti wax system, in the first part, screened the common emulsifiers. Then, the stability time of emulsion was tested under different conditions of emulsification. In the end, the stability time of emulsion was tested under different stabilizers.At the end of this paper,tested the paraffin removal effect,wax prevention effect, and wax removal amount to make sure that the emulsion can effectively remove the wax from the oil well and can play a better anti wax effect.
