There is no less than15min of the immersion time.If the asphalt dirt is so large and thick, it is the best way by Prolonging the immersion time and repeated immersion.Finally, a water-based cleaning agent and an organic solvent detergent which had representative were selected to get of cleaning power and analyse of effectiveness of Aqueous Agent for Bitumen Removal. The findings show, based on the different work mechanism of stripping asphalt on the metal surface, the Aqueous Agent for Bitumen Removal was less than organic solvent detergent on the cleaning power, but other types of detergent could not be compared on repeatability, low-cost high-performance features,and environmental protection.To sum up,it solves the defect of the organic solvent detergent on flammable, toxic and so on.It fills the the blank of the water-based cleaning agent for cleaning the asphalt dirt.lt reduces the requirements of the immersion time and the cleaning temperature to clean heavy oil.It enters the road of environmental protection.So it has broad market prospects.
