| A simple and efficient residue analytical method was established for the analysis ofSDZ, SM2, SMZ, SCP, SDM, TC, DOC, OTC and CTC in water samples in this study, theaccuracy and precision of the method was investigated. The investigations of5SAs and4TCs residues in source of drinking water were carried out for parts of Anhui area. Thedistributions and seasonal change characteristics of9antibiotics in the main protected areafor water supply in a city were studied, and the occurrence and fate of9antibiotics werepreliminarily studied during the municipal sewage treatment plants in a city. The mainresults were summarized as following:1. Water samples were acidified and extracted through a Hydrophile-LipophileBalance (HLB) cartridge, quantitative analysis was carried out on the ultra pressure liquidchromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The limits ofquantification were1.0~5.3ng/L for9antibiotics in water samples. The average recoveriesof9antibiotics from water matrices at three spiked levers of20ng/L,200ng/L and1000ng/L were above78%, with relative standard deviations below10.18%. All the resultsmeet the requirements of analysis and successfully used in the determination of antibioticdrugs in water samples.2. The pollution survey of9antibiotics in drinking water for parts of Anhui area:SMZ, SM2, SDM, DOC, TC, OTC and CTC have been detected in the tap water, atconcentrations ranged from1.71ng/L to21.92ng/L, especially, SMZ and DOC were themost frequently detected antibiotics, which have been detected in59.1%and63.6%ofwater samples respectively; SDZ, SMZ, SM2, SDM, DOC, TC, OTC and CTC have beendetected in the ground water at concentrations ranged from1.53ng/L to20.56ng/L,especially, SMZ and SM2were the most frequently detected antibiotics, which have beendetected in64.3%and42.9%respectively of water samples; SDZ, SMZ, SM2, SDM, DOC,TC, OTC and CTC have been detected in the surface water at concentrations ranged from1.54ng/L to78.74ng/L, SMZ and DOC were the most frequently detected antibiotics, which have been detected in81.25%and43.8%respectively of water samples.3. The distributions of9antibiotics and seasonal change characteristics in the mainprotected area for water supply in the city: SMZã€SM2ã€SDMã€DOCã€TCã€OTC and CTChave been detected in four seasons, at concentrations ranged from2.43ng/L to49.43ng/L;SMZã€SM2ã€TCã€OTC and CTC were the most frequently detected antibiotics, the total concentrations of autumn were higher than the other seasons.4. The occurrence and fate of the selected antibiotics were preliminarily studiedduring the municipal sewage treatment plants in the city. The concentrations in the raw andtreated sewage are73.7ng/L~248.99ng/L and34.51ng/L~166.29ng/L. SDZã€SMZã€SM2ã€SCPã€DOCã€TCã€OTC and CTC have been detected in the raw sewage, with concentrationsranging from2.13ng/L to205.76ng/L. SDZã€SMZã€SM2ã€DOCã€OTC and CTC have beendetected in the treated sewage, with concentrations ranged from2.66ng/L to135.12ng/L. |
