With the continuous development of the times, the problem of drug residues in animal-derived foods has gained global attention.Drug residues in animal-derived foods can cause chronic and cumulative harm to humans and the environment, requiring governments to strictly control drug residues in animal-derived foods. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes the common residual drugs in animal-derived food as the research object, and summarizes the development of these common methods for the detection of residual drugs. After that, the sulfonamides, androgens, anabolic hormones and tetracyclines in animal food were detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The method is sensitive, rapid and has high accuracy. The content of this article includes the following five parts:The first part summarizes the safety of animal-derived food in China, including its existing problems and possible hazards. In addition, the detection methods of sulfonamides, androgen, assimilat ion hormone and t et racycline are br iefly introduced. Finally, the purpose and significance of this subject are put forward. The second part is to det ect 16 kinds of sulfonamides in animal food by LC-MS/MS.The recovery of these 16 sulfonamides is between 58.2% and 108.2%,and the RSD is between 3.28% and 9.23%.Compared wit h HPLC,the met hod has the advantages of better sensitivity and detection limit of 0.1-1.7 ng/ m L,and is suitable for detecting the trace residue of the sulfonamides in the animal-derived food. The third part is to detect 10 kinds of androgen and assimilation hormone in a n i m a l-d e r i v e d fo o d b y L C-M S.T he s t a n d a r d c u r ve w a s m a d e i n t he concentrat io n range of 1.0 ? 300 ng/m L.The correlat ion coefficient R of 10 androgen and assimilation hormone was more than 0.999.The detection limit was1 ng/m L,and the quantitative limit was 100 ? 300 ng/m.The recovery rate was above50%,which was in accordance wit h the regulat ions of the Commissio n of the European Community. The fourth part is to detect four tetracycline drugs in animal food by UPLC-MS/MS.By optimizing the sample pretreatment and UPLC method, when the addition of tetracycline, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline is 10 ?g/kg,the accuracy and precision of the method meet the requirements of the national standard, and the low limit of the method is better than the existing detection standard(50.0 ?g/kg).The method is accurate and rapid, and is suitable for quantitative and confirmatory detection of four tetracycline drug residues in animal-derived food. The fifth part is the summary and induction of the whole article,on this basis, the development of residual drug detection methods in animal-derived food in the future is put forward, hoping to achieve better detection results.
