Due to the dimness of agriculture pollution resouces in the long time, this researchinvestigated agriculture pollution resouces in the eare along Huai River in Anhui Provinceby the methods decided by the State Council, used the equivalent pollution load methodand DPS software to analyse the results, and study the charactors of nitrogen andphosphorus loss through surface runoff in the area along huaihe under the beans wheatcrop rotation planting system. We got the following conclutions:In the area along Huai River in Anhui Province, crop production, livestock breedingindustry and aquaculture industry had discharged TN13346t, TP1847t, COD1847t,Cu24t,Zn62t in total in a year.The main resouses were crop production and LivestockBreeding Industry.Crop production had discharged TN3462.85t, TP354.81t throng surface runoff, anddischarged TN1616.21t through leaching in a year. In average per hectare Cropproduction discharged TN3.1kg, TP0.32kg throng surface runoff, and discharged TN1.45kg through leaching in a year. The main pollution resources of crop production wereTN,TP loss throngh surface runoff. The area had used pesticides14thousand ton in a year.Changfeng took up80%. The area had discharged pesticides122.19kg in a year. Cetochlorwas the main pollutant, which had took up86.3%of loss gross. The area had producedstraw4618.7thousand ton. Burning in farm had took up44%. The quantity of producingand the quantity of burning in farm were significant correlated.798.62t agriculturalplastic film dad been leaved in field in the area. The agricultural plastic film quantity ofusing and the agricultural plastic film quantity of leaving in soil were significantcorrelated.Livestock Breeding Industry had discharged TN6685t, TP1210t, COD105thousand t, Cu23t, Zn60t. The main pollutants were TN, TP, COD.Aquaculture industry had discharged TN1582t, TP282t, COD3.9thousand t, Cu984kg, Zn2417kg. The main pollutants were TN,TP. Yingshangxian had took up37.4%.The70%of nitrogen and the90%of phosphorus were lost in summer when bean isgrowing. From2008to2010, the average ratio of nitrogen loss is2.05%. The average ratioof phosphorus loss is0.25%. In the season when sweat is growing, the average ratio ofnitrogen loss is1.21%. The average ratio of phosphorus loss is0.047%. In the season whenbean is growing, the average ratio of nitrogen loss is3.39%. The average ratio ofphosphorus loss is0.415%. The loss of nitrogen is mainly nitrate nitrogen. The loss ofphosphorus is mainly particle state phosphorus. Fertilizing increased the ratio of nitratenitrogen in loss N and the dissolvable P in loss P. Fertilizing lowerd the ratio of ammoniumnitrogen in loss N.
