Synthetic fiber with its in the thermal performance (thermal stability), mechanical properties(good flexibility, not changeful form, wearing tinggua, wear-resisting), chemical properties (solventresistance, easy to wash drying faster) and low prices, many excellent natural fiber’s uniqueperformance, in the world scope obtained a rapid development and the widespread application, andvery popular. But on the other hand, synthetic fiber also has its shortcomings that cannot be ignored.Synthetic fiber belong to polymer material, the molecular chain long, structure is close and lack ofhydrophilic groups, so chemical fiber generally have moisture absorption ability is poor, gaspermeability is bad, easy to accumulation of electrostatic, easy to absorb ash, dyeing of the defectsin difficulties, and, to some extent, restricted the development of synthetic fiber, so must benecessary to synthetic fiber modified. Vigorously develop with special function and uniqueappearance, unique feel, unique style of fiber is the differentiation synthetic fiber developmentdirection.This paper discussed in textile fiber antistatic sort of development, the development ofdomestic and foreign antistatic situation and existing problems, and based on this, expounds theelectrostatic generation and harm, antistatic agent types, structure and properties, this paperintroduces the mechanism of antistatic, textile materials antistatic consolidation method, this paperanalyzes the influence factors of antistatic performance, and introduces the textile antistaticperformance of the testing method and testing standards.At home and abroad in synthetic fiber strongly developing and domestic antistatic agentproduction capacity is insufficient, high performance and new product antistatic productioncapacity of small, small variety, and can’t meet the demand of domestic synthetic materials, thecurrent situation of the antistatic research center make a general antistatic agents. The antistatic notonly widely used in PPC, PP, PE, ABS, etc. Various kinds of plastic rubber products antistaticmodification, through the modification of plastic surface resistivity by1014down to1010, antistatic modification of fiber fabrics are outstanding performance.This paper studies the universal antistatic mechanism, and the synthesis process, anddiscussed its chemical reaction process, and homemade antistatic and domestic famous brandproducts of antistatic a comparative study. In the control antistatic finishing process parameters,finishing agent, baking temperature, concentration of baking time, different temperature andhumidity, different PH value, different number of water, a variety of fabrics of the electrostaticmodification experiments, finally made detailed data and analysis in antistatic concentration20g/L,baking temperature of170℃, baking time2min, air relative humidity is40℃, working liquid PHvalue for five conditions, after finishing the fabric of antistatic performance is the best.The research outcomes are suitable for various kinds of fiber fabrics, but for homemadegeneral antistatic agents with polyester chemical structure of the chemical structure of the similar,in the curing of polyester fabric finishing can produce communion eutectic effect, so the antistaticto contain the polyester fabric antistatic processing best effect. The synthesis process antistaticsimple, the production cost is low, stable performance, application range, so it has a goodapplication prospect, suitable for mass production..
