In this paper,the non polar and polar groups were obtained by using the structure of non polar and polar groups in the same molecular structure with the structure of non polar and polar groups of the structure of the non polar structure and the polarity of the polar group,which is based on the reaction of two methylene chloride and hydroxyl group.By using the principle of the similarity of the non polar structure of the polyester fiber,the polar molecules in the form of a polar quaternary ammonium salt structure are embedded into the polymer chains of the polyester fiber(or fabric).The bare water gathering,dissipation of electrostatic absorption in the fiber surface of the quaternary ammonium cation,to impart polyester fabric hygroscopicity and antistatic effect.The reactive groups were introduced,which was used to obtain the reactive groups,which was used as the reactive group,and the reaction type quaternary ammonium salt was obtained.In the alkaline condition,which is similar to the reactive dyes,the cationic modification of cellulose fibers is carried out,and the negative charge on the surface of the cellulose fiber is weakened or eliminated,and the reactive groups in reactive dyes are covalently bonded with the Kulun force.By the method of orthogonal experiment design,the effects of three factors on the yield of the product were investigated,the ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and reaction time were three.Specific contents are as follows:With triethanolamine,benzyl chloride as the starting material,through quaternization reaction intermediates for synthesis of triethanolamine quaternary ammonium salt.The influences of the ratio of feed to feed,the reaction solvent,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and other conditions on the products were discussed.The structure and properties of the product were analyzed by means of infrared spectrum and melting point.Study to N-N dimethyl formamide(DMF)as solvent,esterification of phthalic anhydride with triethanolamine quaternary ammonium salt,vacuum distillation device for distillation,resulting in adjacent benzene dicarboxylic acid ester quaternary ammonium salt.The effects of the ratio of feed,the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the yield of the product were discussed.The structure and properties of the product were analyzed by means of infrared spectrum and melting point.The antistatic property and the durability of the similar phase soluble anti-static agent prepared by the experiment were investigated.The surface resistivity of antistatic agent is in accordance with the requirements of the B grade of GB/T12703.4-2008 and the half life of the anti-static agent is in accordance with the requirements of GB/T12703.1-2008.
