In ultrasonic testing, if the thickness of board is too thin, the flaw echoeswill be almost associated with surface wave, which will disrupt inspectors’judgments, especially small flaw, since it increases the system gain for the smallflaw inspection in general, and improves the inspection sensitivity. But the noiseis greatly increased by increasing the system gain, if the small flaw is too small,it could be masked by the noise for missing inspections. This paper is discussionof the thin docking connector ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology,research about convolution remove, reproduce the defects of the signalcharacteristics of observation.Comparing with direct contact method, according to the test of the thindocking in the specimen artificial tiny flaws position and probe the geometricrelationships between the center axis, Choose water extraction focusperpendicular incident as a method for testing the test methodas, Analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages of this method. For nondestructive testingtechnology was easy to discuss some problems of maximize to the advantages ofwater baptism detection, make up for it faults. With different surface state withultrasound C scanning for detecting to proved that in good condition under thesurface can elevate water ascension of detection sensitivity, so as to optimize thetest detection technology.In order to optimize the testing technology for detecting data and imageultrasonic signal, the sample of the defects of clamping artificial flat signalsolution convolution processing, extract noise signals, then the by the method ofdeconvolution for twice, which can eliminate noise effectively, realize the surface defects of the echo signal and echo signal separation, more clearly showsthe defect of the signal. Through the processing of3mm thick realized the sheetbutt weld diameter of0.3mm in the artificial defect detection.
