Pipeline transportation is an economic,efficient,clean and safe way to solve the problem of energy transportation.After more than 100 years of development,pipeline transportation has become a powerful oil and gas energy transportation tool in the world.The defect detection of girth weld of oil and gas pipeline is the key link of pipeline construction.According to the existing standards,automatic ultrasonic testing(AUT)should be used in the construction of natural gas pipeline projects such as China and Russia.Referring to the dnv-rp-f118 international standard,the aut detection ability should be effectively evaluated and the reliability of aut detection process should be systematically verified.In this project,the special detection technology research of pipeline weld water immersion ultrasonic testing is used to verify the reliability of aut detection technology.It combines electrical control,mechanical,computer simulation calculation and water immersion ultrasonic detection technology,and studies the key parameters of water immersion ultrasonic detection technology of pipeline welding seam through experiments.With the help of the interactive experimental comparative analysis method of various influencing factors,the ideal detection effect is achieved by adjusting different parameters through experiment and simulation,forming the process parameters of 1422 mm,CRC groove pipe ring water immersion detection in a pipeline research scientific and engineering unit.By analyzing and selecting the line focusing probe with 10 MHz frequency,0.375 inch(10 mm)wafer size and 4 inch(101.6 mm)focal length as the experimental probe,an experimental scheme based on 0 ° vertical incidence was designed,and the performance and testing process parameters of the probe were analyzed theoretically.Finally,according to the inspection standard of pipeline weld,six sample pipes are processed,and the whole detection system and process parameters are tested.The test results are compared with aut detection,and the final data of metallographic section is taken as the basis,and the satisfactory detection effect is obtained.
