The deviation extent of the deep-hole axis is an important quality index in deep-holedrilling. Because of the particularity of the equipment and processing technology, thedeviation of hole axis will occur easily and unpredictability in the process of deep-holedrilling. It is the key to guarantee the accuracy of deep-hole drilling that solving the deviationof deep hole axis. Deep-hole drilling is a processing method in a closed or semi-closed state,there are many classic problems during its processing, for example, chip removal is difficult,cooling and lubrication is hard, stiffness of tools system is low, self-orientation of the tools ispoor, so the efficiency is low. It is an important development direction of the deep-holedrilling that ensuring the high efficiency and the accuracy at the same time.It’s studied that the implication of research, the development background of deep-holetechnique and the variety of deep hole machining systems defects; The influence factors andthe methods reducing deep-hole axis deviation be discussed as well as the factors impactingprocessing technology are also evaluated;A method that the use of system optimization wasdetermined,the impact of each factor on the hole axis of the amount of skew was analyzed andpredicted,the influencing factors cancel each other out mechanism were used,the deep holemachining system to reduce the amount of program of deep hole axis of the amount of skewwas optimized and designed to reduce the amount of program of deep hole axis skew.Andstructural features of the key member were studied on deep hole processing system,inculdingtool geometry, structure and the negative pressure of the oil pumping crumbs deviceparameters and other factors,theoretical analysis on deep hole drilling hole axis deviation.Among them,emphatically analyzes the distribution of the guide block of the toolsystem, the length, shape, quantity, the force of the tool, the geometry of the tool angle, etc;Analysis the effection of dispensers guide sleeve and auxiliary support to the hole axisdeviation;Quantitative analysis and experimental verify the negative pressure pumping thecrumbs device affect the negative pressure effect of factors, including traffic QC jet gap deltafront nozzle diameter d0, spray angle θ,etc;then finally given the best strategies for optimizingthe structure of the key components,ensured the efficient smooth deep hole machining basedon Guaranting the Deep hole drilling hole axis a small amount of skew,which has animportant meaning to the deep hole processing to reduce deep hole axis deviation, improvedsealing, smooth chip removal, improve processing efficiency.
