With the continuous development of the country's industrialization process,the requirements of deep-hole parts are getting higher and higher,and the straightness of deep hole is an important index to measure the quality of deep hole machining.Because of the particularity of deep hole machining,the machining process is difficult to be monitored.In the process of drilling,the drill pipe is prone to deviate,which results in the straightness error of deep hole is too large.Therefore,the key to improve the quality of deep hole machining is whether the drill pipe can be avoided in the process of drilling.This paper analyzes the development status of modern deep hole processing technology at home and abroad,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of BTA deep hole processing system.The mechanism of axial deflection in deep hole drilling is studied deeply.The mechanics model of drill bit deviation caused by various factors is established,and the theoretical analysis and the skew quantity are carried out.The SolidWorks software is used for three bit modeling of drill pipe,and then the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software was used to analyze the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the drill pipe system.A new method to prevent drill bit from drifting is proposed.An auxiliary supporting device is designed on the drill pipe and the feasibility of the supporting device is theoretically discussed.Workbench software was used to analyze the static and kinetic characteristics of the drill pipe system with the auxiliary support device,and the results were compared with the analysis results without the supporting device before,and the effect of the supporting device was verified.In this paper,through the design of the supporting device,which can effectively alleviate the problem of the hole axis deviation in the process of deep hole drilling,it has an important reference value to improve the quality and efficiency of the deep hole processing.
