Production plan is the life line for enterprise，the accomplishment of productionplan is affected by the related factors in enterprise production and managements，isreflection of enterprise all kinds of works overall。 To perfect and improve theexecuting effect of production plan，we must fully and reasonably manage a series offactors affected the production plan。 The improvement of production plan is themanagement activity that the enterprise choose the complete set improving productionplan control system，means，and way to perfect and improve the executing effect ofproduction plan。Speaking concretely，it is the management activity that arranging allthe staff members to join，applying the modern scientific and managing technologyresult，controlling the process and factors about affecting the accomplishment ofproduction plan， studying reasonably the ways of perfecting and improvingproduction plan， and providing the production plan that making the customersatisfied。The appearance of production plan perfect and improvement standards has therelated and deep background about it， It is the sign and product of the productionplan improvement developing to a new stage。 During the process of production planimprovement，in order to raise the quality and reduce the consume，to raise the outputof product，we usually discuss the reasonable control of technology process，and theaim of reasonable control is the executing effect of production plan，that’s theproblems of production plan improvement。 During the normal technology producingprocess，the product producing has the more process，the complicated technologyprocess，more quotas and the long fluctuating range，the quality of produce willfluctuate with them。 Although the existence of DCS automatic control procedure andtest procedure of product quality，we can’t ensure the control of product’s inner qualityand outer defect，such as the control of dust， grain and so on， if like that， it willcause the reducing of product quality during the normal producing， will put the unnecessary burden on the enterprise’s management cost。Therefore，studying how tocontrol the technology quota better，stabilizing operating efficiency of facilities andimprove the quality of product，above all the items mentioned are very important。That’s to say， improving the production plan is the key point of management andcontrolling during the technology process。This author summarizes the workshop of the improvement design of productionplan problems。 In the recent years，giving the production plan conducting processquality control system construction，studying and discussing the technology processproduction plan frame formulate and its conduction process，and the studying ofimprovement。 The main contents as follows;(1)In this paper，through the utilization of production process diagram from theperson，machine material，method ring several factors affecting the plan of conductionof analysis，and according to the character of production itself，carrying out theprocess control for the scheme production and after-sale，analyzing the processability， studying the process protecting ability and so on，the aim is to make all therelated links about forming the production quality at state of controlling，make thequality changing of production at level of accepting。 Through the analysis by waysof many gradation，find main reason of causing the production quality change and keyfactor of affecting quality，and analyze the reason and factor from the comprehensiveand overall angle。(2)According to the producing character of production，from the beginning of thetechnology to the last production to the container，under the three processes offormula the producing demand of checking the quality controlling of proceedingprocess，do the present process well，serve the next process，beginning fromformulating the formula，providing the raw material，reaction and technology quota，draw up the concrete technology process diagram，and evaluating all kinds of quotaduring the technology process，through the use of arranging diagram，controllingdiagram and so on，to give the comprehensive analysis of producing quota，to give theanalysis of main factor and secondary factor of affecting production plan formulation，to make sure of the key process of affecting production plan formulationand analyzing the reason and adjusting。 Through the quality investigation in thescene and the quality evaluation from the unqualified production，we can find theproblems existing in its inner space， and fine the related ways of solving， providethe basis for the constant improvement of production plan。...
