Along with social development and the progress of science and technology,the market competition is becoming increasingly serious,the iron and steel enterprises want to make their own in an invincible position in the fierce market competition internal and abroad they must try to lower the costs but produce higher quality products.In this situation,many iron and steel enterprises began to adopt advanced production management methods,comprehensively promote the construction of informatization,to reduce production cost and improve product quality.At present,the iron and steel enterprises build their production orders mostly based on the order contracts,the manufactory factory work out a production plans according to the production orders,and then arrange the production.However,in the process of production,there are many reasons which will force you to adjust the production,such as the changeable market,the production conditions and the facility conditions.But the manufactory factory can not make timely and effective response to these changes,which greatly reduces the production efficiency.Therefore,in current fierce market economy environment,the scientific and effective production plan not only directly determines the completion of the production orders,but also directly affects the enterprises' benefits.This paper is based on a deep understanding of the production process of a large iron and steel enterprise's silicon steel factory,combining with the actual survey data information,and analysing the actual problem of the rolling process.After the requirement analysis,generally determined the design basis and principle of the rolling plan system of silicon steel factory MES,and mainly analysed many constraints for the rolling production plan,then we construct the VRP model of the silicon steel rolling process and use the heuristic algorithm to solve the actual problem,we can get a scientific production plan though effective arranging main material,transition material and hot roll material for rolling process,to reduce roll wear and improve roll usage,to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of rolling production.In the end,this system is used in the actual rolling production of silicon steel factory,the rolling production data can testify that there is higher production efficiency by effective arranging main material,transition material and hot roll material for rolling process,which reaches expected target.
