Pharmaceutical wastewater because of its pollutants generated in the morebelongs to the complicated structure, toxic, harmful and biological degradation oforganic matter, causing serious pollution of water bodies. Industrial wastewater at thesame time also shows apparent acid, alkaline, part of the wastewater containing highlevels of salt, a is difficult to deal with industrial waste water. With the developmentof China’s pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical wastewater has become one of theimportant sources of pollution, how to deal with this kind of wastewater is a difficultproblem in today’s environmental protection.Northern pharmaceutical waste water treatment station inside the plant throughprocessing, after achieving enterprise allows emissions standards into the municipalsewage treatment system. Due to the difficult biochemical ingredients inpharmaceutical factory tail water COD is higher, in order to ensure the tail waterpharmaceutical waste water sewage treatment plant effluent reach GB18918-2002grade A standard, need to tail water for pharmaceutical wastewater biochemicalpretreatment before. Pharmaceutical wastewater, this paper has characteristics of tailwater, carry out experimental study. Using Fenton reagent and O3as oxidant, tailwater for pharmaceutical wastewater biochemical pretreatment before. Purpose is toget two kinds of oxidants to tail water biochemical pharmaceutical wastewaterpretreatment before the reaction parameters and influencing factors, finally choosing aoxidant group as the research object, and the best operation parameters are obtained.Thesis research results can be applied to industrial wastewater treatment ofpharmaceutical enterprises and technological transformation, has strong referencevalue, and can provide technical support for the depth of the wastewater treatment and reuse, therefore, this thesis viewpoint has important theoretical value and practicalsignificance.This paper discusses the origin, characteristics and harm of the pharmaceuticalwastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater treatment are studied and discussed the statusquo of the, and background of this experiment, the processing status of sewage in apharmaceutical factory in the north and the tail water situation has carried on thesimple pharmaceutical wastewater, this paper puts forward the water qualitycharacteristics of the tail water pharmaceutical wastewater and dealing with thedifficulties, and then lays down a detailed test plan. First used in the experiment foradsorption by activated sludge, in Fenton oxidation experiment tested H2O2dosingquantity optimization, FeSO47H2O dosing quantity optimization test, pH valueoptimization experiment, orthogonal experiment, the best condition experimentverification and optimization of reaction time. O3in O3oxidation experiment dosingquantity optimization experiment and the optimization of the reaction time.Through experimental research, the main conclusions as follows:For this test with water, in the pH value of4, FeSO47H2O (g) dosing quantity is1670mg/L, H2O2(30%) and FeSO47H2O, adding the mole ratio of3:1, by H2O2(30%)and the amount of2ml/L under the best conditions, Fenton reagent on reaction of thetop10mincod removal faster, COD removal rate rising quickly, probably about55%removal rate, then remove rate started to slow, slowly rising, the removal rate of CODin1hour time to stabilize, COD from257mg/L to89mg/L, the removal rate of65.4%.According to the experiment water, under the condition of30mg/L ozoneoxidation, COD remove20%of assunrace rate reached to78%.30to60minutescontact time impact on the overall removal rate of COD is not big.In contrast experiment analysis, has carried on the comparison of processcharacteristics, the treatment effect of contrast, economy and applicability of contrast,by comparing the test results show the main conclusion as compared to the Fenton reagent and O3, the advantages of Fenton reagent is obvious, mainly embodies in forthe test in pharmaceutical waste water, tail water Fenton’s reagent has better treatmenteffect, removal rate is higher, at the same time the advantages of less equipmentinvestment cost, better applicability. But Fenton reagent advanced oxidationtechnology and O3and oxidation technology have higher processing costs,maintenance workload big shortcomings and so on. Comprehensive comparison,advanced oxidation technology is superior to the O3Fenton reagent such oxidationtechnology.Innovation point of this article is in view of the special properties of the tailwater, pharmaceutical wastewater in many ways on the basis of experiments, putsforward the optimal chemical and biological pretreatment method before and theoptimal processing parameters and provide a new approach for this kind ofwastewater treatment.
