With the enhancement of people's environmental consciousness, the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater of high toxicity and hard biodegradation were studied as the focus. In this thesis, the zidovudine wastewater and the simvastatin wastewater were treated by Fenton reagent process, and the varing effects were investigated.The preliminary operating conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments, and each effecting factor was analyzed according to preliminary operating conditions. The optimal operating conditions were determined by researching effecting factors. Under such conditions, the removal of CODCr reached 55.62%, and the ratio of BOD5/CODCr was improved from 0.25 to 0.63. The mechanisms of affecting of each effecting factors were preliminarily investigated by the curves. Meanwhile, the effect of concentration of H2O2 on wastewater of biodegradation was tested, by the economical analysis on Fenton reagent process in treating diluted decade zidovudine wastewater, the cost of treating wastewater is 59.37 yuan per cubic meter.The effecting factors of the treatment of simvastatin wastewater by Fenton reagent are determined by reading a large number of documentations. Each effecting factor was analyzed, the laws of affecting of Fenton reagent were studied, and the optimal operating conditions of the treatment of simvastatin wastewater by Fenton reagent were fixed. Under such conditions, the removal of CODcr reached 46.2%, the biodegradation was increased from 0.18to 0.65, and the effect of concentration of H2O2 on simvastatin wastewater of biodegradation was investigated, what's more, the cost of treating simvastatin wastewater is 36.36 yuan per cubic meter by the economical analysis.In this paper, for the determination of the hydroxyl free radical produced by Fenton reaction, a new photometric method based on its oxidation reaction with toluylene red is put forward. The color intensity of toluylene red will be changed after the oxidation reaction, the change of △A is measured photometrically, and the amount of the hydroxyl free radical can be determined indirectly. The leading factors influencing the productivity of the hydroxyl free radical in the system such as the amounts of FeSO4 and H2O2, reaction time and reaction temperature were tested. The useful parameters for Fenton's reagent in wastewater treatment were offered.By the economical feasibility analysis on Fenton reagent process in treating zidovudine wastewater and the simvastatin wastewater, it was pointed out that this method in treating wastewater was pratical.The investigation of this thesis laid the...
