Based on it, this essay will have a systematic analysis on the construction of safety community and supervision of safety production simultaneously and seek their relationships and build a bridge to promote safety production supervision through the construction of grassroots safety community.A community is a central place for common people’s work and life, which is on the frontier of direct conflict and stress.
