The Compiling Of Integrated Plan In Steel-making And Hot Rolling With The MES Of Iron And Steel Enterprises

This article based on the actual research in iron and steel enterprises and Sum problem in steel production. For the iron and steel production data of statistical analysis of actual produce, we aims at the development and application of MES system, and the compiling method of the integrated plan compiling of Steelmaking, continuous casting and hot charge rolling integrated plan compiling. The main work of the article is following:(1)Cooperate with laboratory team to research and develop MES system of B/S construction of iron and steel enterprises. Laboratory team designed B/S construction of MES system in iron and steel enterprises. To adopt the construction of SSH, and a series of developing work from server persistence, to business processing plan, the active dispatch, real time monitor and competence management. The author participates in the work of mainly including the front page designing, front function designing, Gantt chart page mapping, and the date switching between front-stage data and back-stage data.(2)For the design of application of MES system by laboratory team, design continuous casting and hot charge rolling integrated mathematical model and applied scatter search to generate plan. In the solution of scatter search, take the Rules of artificial intelligence by personal in the scatter search. Let the algorithm search process with the actual production line Search range to keep abreast of the optimal value of approximate solutions To build date model and stimulate practical processing based on the distribution and processing requirements in Fujian Province SanMing Steel Co. Ltd. and hot rolling plant. To applied scatter search to solve the already-built date model, and the experiment results show that the model can balance the processing of continuous casting and hot charge rolling.
