According to the vibration problem of spin flash dryer after adding the internal scatter device, it is necessary to make the strength analysis of the spin flash dryer with internal scatter device, the structure of which had been improved. And the result is of practical significance to the structure design of that series product.This paper uses the method of finite element numerical analysis and ANSYS Workbench software to do the body structure analysis of spin flash dryer with internal scatter device. And it mainly includes three aspects:Firstly, the article simplifies the body according to the lode condition, real mode and the targets of each finite element analysis type; it establishes the finite element mode of spin flash dryer with internal scatter device; it gets the actions of body stress and strain etc. by static lode after the simple static analysis to the body.Secondly, the article carries on the body thermal-structure coupling analysis and gets the result of body temperature distribution and the overall conditions of stress, strain and displacement under the affect of both structure lode and thermal lode.Finally, the article carries out the body dynamic analysis of spin flash dryer with internal scatter device:prestressed modal analysis can get body’s each order natural frequency and mode shape. And it is the foundation of the harmonic analysis; multi-body dynamics analysis of rotating disk, which is defect, can provide the exciting forces for the harmonic analysis; it will separately consider and carry out the harmonic analysis for the rotating disk and spin scattered device. It will get the vibration condition under the situation of normal operation and sympathetic vibration and investigate the dynamic characteristic by both aspects of stress and amplitude-fre-quency characteristic curve.
