In this paper,the high-precision special-purpose internal grinding machine is used to grind the inner circular hole of the cycloid in the reducer of the manipulator.As the performance requirements of the reducer are higher and higher,the key parts of the reducer Cycloid round of the processing accuracy is also increasing.The dynamic characteristics of the grinding machine,grinding precision in the process of becoming a grinding precision grinding of the key factors.In this paper,based on the design of a dedicated internal grinder,for its dynamic characteristics,grinding error research.Firstly,the 3D model of high-precision internal grinding machine is established by referring to the structure characteristic and grinding method of foreign advanced special internal grinding machine.The dynamic characteristics of the grinding machine are studied after the establishment of the research platform.The finite element model of the grinder and the key subcomponents are established,and the harmonic response of the grinding machine is analyzed.According to the results of the analysis,the weak parts of the grinding machine are found and the weak parts are optimized.After optimization,the dynamic response of the grinder is optimized and the harmonic response is analyzed.There are many factors that affect the machining error of the grinding machine,such as the geometric error of the grinding machine parts,the assembly error of the parts,the change of the ambient temperature,the errors caused by the system software algorithm and so on.However,the geometrical errors of grinding machines are mainly affected by the grinders' precision.The topological structure of grinder 3D model and its corresponding list of low-order bodies are established by using the multi-body system theory,and the relationship between sub-components is established.An Integrated Spatial Error Model for Grinding.According to the need of analysis,the complex error model is simplified,and the error data in the calculation model are consulted.At the same time,considering the dynamic characteristics of the grinding machine in the process,the former dynamic characteristic analysis results are included in the error model.With Matlab software,the error model is calculated and analyzed.The errors are concentrated and the error is fitted.Finally,according to the fitting function,the error model is modified and recalculated,which verifies the accuracy of the error model and the machining precision of the grinding machine.
