However, in our country the speed of flotation equipment volumes increase much faster than the research progress, and the amplification of device is still based on the simple experience formula, so there is no specific, unity, accurate method to design large flotation devices in our country currently.Currently, there are many kinds of flotation equipments in China, and some are frequently used, such as mechanical flotation machine, jet flotation machine and flotation column. After contrastive analysis, the domestic scholars found that the flotation index of jet flotation machine is better than other forms of flotation equipments,so the internal flow field of jet flotation machine is significant for further research and analysis, which has a important guiding significance in the development of jet flotation machine.The topic takes jet flotation machine as the main research object. It analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and the fluid dynamic characteristics of jet flotation machine by testing its internal flow field, and then makes analog computation on its internal flow field by computer. Then the reliability of the computer simulation technology can be demonstrated by contrasting the test results with the simulation results. After that, by adjusting the structure parameters of jet flotation machine and using the computer simulation, it will be found whether the flow field in flotation machine can meet with the requirements or not.By researching this topic, we can not only get the large-scale result of jet-type flotation machine, but also gain the large-scale research theory of flotation equipment, which can be as the basis of the research on all sorts of equipment which according with fluid dynamics characteristic, and can make contribution to the research of flotation equipment, enhancing the research level of the flotation equipments in our country.
