According to alkaline discharge printing and alkaline burnt-out printing,(1) Agroup ofcolor dyes which can bear strong base and grounding dyes which can not bear base wereselected out preliminarily. The semiempirical Hückel charge was caculated by usingChemBio Office2008software, combined with the results of alkaline discharge printingand alkaline burnt-out printing, the differences between the dyes structure、substituentsand their alkali resistance were compared.(2) The alkaline discharge printing process onpolyester flannelette woven fabrics was studied. The effects of process(steamingconditions, different auxiliaries, the concentration of sodium hydroxide)on white-discharging of C.I. Disperse Blue284were explored. The grounding dyes and color dyesthat were suitable for alkaline discharge printing were filtered out further. In addition, theperfomances of dyeing and white-discharge on two black disperse dyes made by ourselveswere researched.(3) The alkaline burnt-out printing process on polyester fabrics wasstudied. The effects of process(baking conditions, different cationic auxiliaries, Sodiumhydroxide and its concentrations)on alkaline burnt-out printing of C.I. Disperse Red902were explored dyes which were suitable for alkaline discharge printing were filtered out.The results indicated that:(1) Alkali resistance increased along with the Hückelcharge values of the hydrolysis group sand. On the contrary, the worse.(2)The mainoptimization of the process of alkaline discharge printing:sodium hydroxide10%,O-Phenyl phenoll0.21%,steaming at120℃for25min.(3) Green light black BC and redlight black BD made by ourselves could provide nice ascension and fastness. Both of themwere suitable for grounding dyes on alkaline discharge printing. Pulps with thiourea2%could produce excellent white-discharge effects.(4) The optimization of the process ofalkaline burnt-out printing: sodium hydroxide15%, Cationic M2%, baking at190℃for3min.(5) Bursting strength dropped along with the increased of weightlessness rate inprinting place. Cationic M could promote the hydrolysis of fiber.(6) Color dyes which were suitable for alkaline burnt-out printing were filtered out: C.I. Disperse Red902,Yellow A-BT and Blue A-BG.The research on alkaline discharge printing and alkaline burnt-out printing enrichedthe printing methods of polyester, especially provided a special methods for color burnt-outprinting.
