The Technology Research Of Disperse Dyes Shortened Dyeing Process In Naoh Solution

This paper mainly studies the alkaline dyeing properties of four new disperse dyes（Disperse Blue825, Disperse Red902, Disperse Orange BROD and Dispersed Violet900）in NaOH medium. To the problem of low dyeing transfer rate and poor levelness,it studiedthe effect of auxiliaries on stripping and developed an alkaline leveler, also studied carrierdyeing of disperse dyes. In order to achieve high-density polyester fabric short process ofalkaline dyeing, it studied the oxidation resistance and thermal stability of the four newdisperse dyes, compared the influence of fabric dyeing properties of two short process ofalkaline dyeing and acid dyeing. Tested the fabric style, color fastness, fabric mechanicalproperties in dyeing process and the change of fiber surface morphology.The result showed that these four new disperse dyes had good dyeing properties inNaOH medium, when NaOH concentration was less than8g/L, the difference betweenalkaline dyeing and acid dyeing was very small. The carrier FE-211which was self-madecould be used as low temperature dyeing agent and stripping agent. Self-made hightemperature leveling agent resisted alkaline AF-1could be used in alkaline dyeing, it notonly improved the dyeing uniformity，but also not reduced the dyeing propertiessignificantly. The difference of dyeing properties between one bath one step and one bathtwo-steps dyeing method was very small. By adding a amount of dye could reach the samedyeing result of acid dyeing. Compared the vertical shape of fiber, the physical andmechanical properties and dyeing properties in the dyeing process, the best dyeingcondition of one bath one step was NaOH2g/L, H₂O₂2g/L,130℃for30min⁴0min.These four new disperse dyes were suitable for short process of high-density polyesterfabric for desizing and dyeing. it could get a good level dyeing, and rubbing and washingfastness were not less than4, light fastness was not less than5.
