Blasting is considered as one of the main construction methods in mining, hydraulic engineering, transportation engineering and urban construction. Based on the theories of blasting and comprehensive evaluation, some aspects of blasting effect were studied:How to select a comprehensive evaluation method of the ore and rock blasting effect, how to establish the comprehensive evaluation index’s system and index’s membership functions as well as the selection of the weight, and how to realize the digital comprehensive evaluation. When the necessity or feasibility of some evaluation indexes is poor and the others are very well, AHP&fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods were applied along with the introduction of variable and inferior-substitution. Finally, comparing with AHP by a specific project, we can conclude that:①It’s effective to evaluate the blasting effect with fuzziness inferior-substitution by using weighted average fuzzy comprehensive function based on the third variable weight.②More comprehensive ore and rock blasting evaluation indexes’system and more unified&scientific determination methods of the indexes were established.③The software of ore and rock blasting effect comprehensive evaluation could be realized by developing to the bench blasting module and tight-face blasting module.④The ore and rock blasting effect comprehensive evaluation model that developed in this thesis is more applicable, operability and accurate.
