In order to facilitate and effectively analyze and evaluate the blasting effect of the open-pit mine,optimize the blasting design plan,and improve the blasting technology and blasting quality of the open-pit mine.In this paper,by combining fuzzy system and artificial neural network theory,a comprehensive evaluation model of open-pit mine blasting effect based on fuzzy neural network is established,and the corresponding software system is developed.Based on the statistical analysis of data samples collected after blasting in open-pit mines,the evaluation model uses bulk rate,foundation,backlash,blast pile shape,pyrotechnics cost,blasting volume of rice,blasting vibration,and blasting flying rocks as evaluation indicators to establish blasting Comprehensive effect evaluation index system.The blasting effect level is divided into 5 levels using a10-point system.The judgement matrix is constructed through expert scoring,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index,thereby establishing a comprehensive evaluation model of blasting effect based on fuzzy neural network.By combining the fuzzy system with the artificial neural network,the fuzzy system structure of the fuzzy neural network is designed,which improves the adaptive power of the fuzzy neural network fuzzy system,and at the same time increases the globality and observability of the neural network.Based on the field blasting data of Qidashan Mine,this paper uses a comprehensive evaluation model of blasting effect to conduct field experimental evaluation tests on blasting schemes with different apertures.The results show that the blasting evaluation effect of the standard aperture cone drill blasting zone is better.The analysis results of the model are compared with the field The actual situation is consistent,and the blasting effect evaluation model meets the actual application requirements.Through the development of the blasting effect comprehensive evaluation system,And on-site practical application,the results show that the realization of the blasting effect comprehensive evaluation system is feasible and highly accurate,which has certain guiding significance for the blasting production management of open-pit mines.
