The experiment combined desulfurization and denitrification was carried out through the process of Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB). The absorbent in this experiment is made by flue ash and industrial lime. The oxidant is appended into the absorbent in order to get the Highly Active Absorbent (HAA), which has the ability of combined desulfurization and denitrification. After filtrating in the fixed-bed setting, we find NaClO2is the most efficiency accession. And take the experiment of combined desulfurization and denitrification in fixed-bedăSpraying Column and CFB setting.From this,we get the effect parameters.At last,the chymic characteristic of the reaction producetion is researched.The factors that effect the absorptive capacity of absorbent was explored. The mechanism of removal for SO2and NOx based on CFB was investigated on the base of experiment. The application foreground of the CFB technology is very great. The study results can offer references for industrial application. |
