The Technology And Application Of Reserving Roadway On Roadway Side Without Filling Applied In Ahead Of Crack In Hard Roof

Reserving roadway along goaf is a ventilation roadway,which was a transportation roadway retained as a ventilation roadway of next session after the working face exploitation of last session. The way is known as the "twice utility of roadway","amphibious use of roadway", and "single roadway mining system", etc. Reserving roadway along goaf is a significant reform about coal exploitation and supporting technology of roadway, enhances recovery rate of the coal resources, and reduces the rate of tunneling, and eases tensions between exploitation and tunneling,so it has a important meaning.Reserving roadway along goaf is affected by twice exploitation. For decreasing excessive deformation,enhancing supporting in the roadway is adopted.Meanwhile, filling the side of roadway can resist main load above roadway.Labour intensity of traditional filling side of roadway(such as filling with stones,wood,and artificial bricks) heightens,and safety is low, and the rate of construction is slow, traditional filling side of roadway affects the speed exploitation. Moreover, filling with glue(such as filling with flyash, high water,etc.) not only increase more complex filling system,but also enlarges costs of every ton of coal.In view of the situation above, working face of ye-qing coal in Sun Zhuang mine adopts technology of ahead of crack in hard roof,it guarantees sufficient caving of goaf roof on roadway side after working face passes through.It shorten overhanging length of hard roof aside the goaf,and changes stress state of roadway surrounding rock,and guarantees success of reserving roadway. Compared with traditional filling side of roadway, labour intensity of the method is more lower and more safer; compared with filling with glue,it affects littler,cost of production is lower and economic benefit is better.
