Coal production transferring into deep position gradually, it appears different engineering soft rock characteristics with shallow mining in surrounding rock control in deep mine. At the same time, under the influence of the original rock stress and all kinds of geological structure and other factors. The roadway stability is difficult to control effectively. The rate of roadway’s rework is very high. It seriously impacts on the resources development in deep mining.Through the investigation we found that the deep mine roadway in north China area facing a problem. The destruction and deformation of roadway surrounding rock is more seriously than grouting reinforcement. It can be barely maintain using after repairing many times. But with grouting strengthening, the roadway deformation and destruction is controlled effectively. And the utilization rate of the roadway is greatly improved. Generally, for grouting strengthening in deep mine roadway, the majority of roadways in the depth of over600meters need to secondary support with the measure of grouting reinforcement and part of roadways’ surrounding rock can be controlled by shallow grouting. But for that in the depth of over800meters, especially the floor heave is very seriously, the roadway must be supported by secondly middle-deep high pressure grouting consolidation.In order to promote the application range of the grouting strengthening and guide the engineering field of grouting strengthening construction, grouting reinforcement classification and influencing factors were studied in this paper.In this paper, we firstly investigate in the main deep mine in Hebei province, and then research on the classification of grouting strengthening through the theoretical analysis and the industrial test method of deep well in north China, eventually forming the following conclusions.Firstly, the table of grouting reinforcement classification about deep mine roadway in North China was complained.Secondly, the table of grouting reinforcement classification about deep mine roadway’s floor in North China was complained.Thirdly, according to geological conditions of Taoer Coal Mine and Xingdong Coal Mine, the table of grouting reinforcement classification about deep mine roadway in North China, and the table of grouting reinforcement classification about deep mine roadway’s floor in North China, the secondary reinforcement technology of long-ring support or U steel with cable anchor and cable anchor net with wire rope was proposed respectively. And the effect of supporting is very well.
