Solid Waste Resource Survey And Proposal Of Jingyue Economic Development Zone In Changchun

With the rapid development of China’s economic level, increasing levels of urbanization, making the solid waste to a sharp increase. The solid waste is not only the occupation of land resources, destruction of landscape, pollute the environment, but also transmitted diseases, pose a threat to the health and survival of the residents, has become a public hazard.In order to find the resources to the carrying capacity of the environment and sustainable socio-economic development, we must change the mode of economic development, development of circular economy. Solid waste recycling is an important part of the development of recycling economy, but the late start due to our solid waste resource management system is not perfect, solid waste management remains a serious problem. So we should pay attention to the solid waste disposal and resource utilization to achieve solid waste recycling, to achieve circular economy. How to effectively deal with solid waste, solid waste resources, in order to achieve sustainable development and recycling of resources has become a worldwide research project.Careful study of the solid waste disposal at home and abroad, resource utilization based on the theory, investigation and analysis of net monthly Economic Development Zone of solid waste resources, technology analysis, combined with the solid waste status quo of the survey area, economic conditions and management level, drawing on successful domestic and international experience in solid waste resources, and improve the net monthly economic Development Zone, solid waste recycling countermeasures recommended. The main contents of this article are as follows:(1) Through the investigation, determination of solid waste,2011, net monthly Development Zone, all solid waste generated a total of126,749.7tons, comprehensive utilization of only88,724.9tons, only69.7%; net monthly neighborhood offices solid waste per capita per day up to1.38kg/day· Yutan Town solid waste per capita per day a minimum of0.97kg/day·, the Yongxing street office of solid waste per capita per day up to1.15kg/day·new legislation of urban solid waste per capita per day up to0.97kg/day, the new Town of solid waste per capita per day up to0.98kg/day; Net Development Zone in solid waste mud, brick bulk density new Town558.6g/m3and paper bulk density minimum, which the new legislation for urban minimum for40.27kg/m3; solid waste plastic in the three towns and two neighborhood offices, respectively, accounted for the solid16.18%of the total waste,14.29%,14.28%,14.96%,15.24%; three towns and two neighborhood offices moisture content of solid waste in more than30%, of which the New Town, the highest, reaching39.15%; Wing Hing Street office of solid waste organic matter content of0.48percent, the lowest organic matter content of the new legislation of urban solid waste, only0.21%.
