| In the face of the worsening global ecological crisis, countries are seeking to respond effectively to the way of the measures.The ecological civilization is a direction for mankind.Ecologicalization is the era demands of ecological civilization,To achieve ecological civilization, the most fundamental is to insist on the idea of ecologicalization ideas. Therefore, more and more countries attention on the ecologicalization.the development way of ecologicalization has opened a new chapter in the development of human civilization.This paper studies the level of ecologicalization evaluation index system and evaluation model and its level of ecologicalization development in Jiangxi Province.Ecologicalization research involves many aspects of human society, science and technology, ecosystems, natural environment.In theory, the basic theories of the ecologicalization are cycling economic theory, the theory of low-carbon economy, sustainable development theory, theory of modern ecosystems, ecological city theory, ecological theory and the green economy theory.This paper analyzed the development of the basic theories of ecologicalization and explored the basic concepts of ecologicalization.Through the basic principles theories and methods of ecologicalization, this paper analyzed the ecologicalization evolution from the past to the present, economic, social and human action.Selectted the appropriate factors to constitute the index system to evaluate the ecologicalization level and combined of actual data to test the correlation coefficient index system to screening and improving the evaluation system. Some experts and scholars proposed evaluation model were reviewed to establish the model of ecologicalization evaluation.To quantify the data of Jiangxi Province and its municipalities and districts,2000-2010, by using spss software and yaaph software, calculated the ecological index.The conclusion geted by analyzing the developmetnt of ecologicalization in JiangXi Provicne and the contrast of ecologicalization between different cities in JiangXi Province.It can be seen as fllows:1).the11-year period2000-2010, Jiangxi Province, the eco-index overall increased year by year, the eco-development showed signs of improvement, especially in the2001-2004period significantly increased the level of ecologicalization development. There are two main reasons:firstly, the government’s strict controlling of the "double high" enterprises (high pollution, high energy consumption enterprises), as well as the encouragement of the development of high-tech industries; secondly, with the economic developing, economic development approached gradually to the technology-intensive, the traditional resource-intensive and pollution-intensive industries are gradually being replaced.2). It’s a dynamic process with changing and slow development of ecological construction. Althought Ecologicalization development was good, but in some years, there was also declining, such as the ecologicalization development was back in2004-2005then was slowly increased.From the macro analysis, the decline phenomenon mainly due to the main body of the macro-ecology, that is, government regulation.Because of Government management to loosen, the industry had the opportunity to drill the loopholes in the management, which reflects the decline in the index data.3). It’s a systems engineering of ecological construction. It doesn’t isolate in each link or area, such as the built of urban ecology, industrial ecology, eco-industrial park and so on. Ecological development has related to various aspects of the whole integrated system include people, naturally and the social. According to the changes in trends and limiting factors of ecologicalization level, propose appropriate countermeasures to provide the basis for an objective understanding of the regional ecologicalization level, and serve for understanding the laws of ecologicalization and developping strategies. |
