If we do not take strong measures will be a serious threat to local economic development and living environment of residents. Wetlands must be caused by the local government and relevant departments attach great importance to wetland management. In the future conscientiously implementing the scientific concept of development, adhere to the protection of wetland ecosystems and improve the ecological functions as the center, in accordance with the active protection, scientific restoration and rational use of principle of sustainable development, strengthen legislation and supervision, and gradually improve the assessment and monitoring system, containment and gradually reverse the shrinking wetlands and functional degradation trends of biological resources and effective protection of water resources to maintain the healthy development of the ecological environment, and create natural and harmonious environment. This paper aims to investigate Dagu River wetlands resources. Combined with economic development in surrounding areas Dagu River, analysising the main problems of wetlands protection in Dagu River, learning from the advanced experience and practice, combined with the construction of ecological city of Qingdao development strategy, Dagu River wetlands protection and rational development and utilization of channels is suggested in the paper to recommend the establishment of wetland nature reserveing Dagu River to regional linkage mechanism, by strengthening legislation, a clear government responsibility, and strengthen funding, continue to establish and improve monitoring and evaluation system. It can raise awareness of wetland conservation awareness Dagu River for government departments to provide a reference and wetland Dagu River status and suggestions.
