It is because of the changing of global climate and depletion of world resources thatthe low-carbon economy with low power consumption, low pollution and low missioncharacteristics is coming. But along with the acceleration of the process ofurbanization, more and more construction waste, as well as its extensive handlingapproach is contrary to the concept of the low-carbon economy. At present, thehandling way of construction waste is still in the initial stage that is a little used andthe others landfilled in our country, which is not only harmful to the naturalenvironment, but also a greatly waste of resources. So what we need to resolve is howto effectively deal with the construction waste with low power consumption, lowmission and low pollution. In recent years, the study of the construction wastedisposal in the academic community has been widespread concerned, and also hasbeen put some practical action. The Handan mode is a typical example. But that studyand action about construction waste handling only involve one or a few links of it.The whole process management model of construction waste needs further study. Inthis context, it has great practical significance to explore how to dispose theconstruction waste.First, through the literature material, summarized the current research status aboutthe integrated treatment on construction waste at home and abroad. In the view of thebackground and the concepts of construction waste and low-carbon economy, putforward the concept of the whole process of construction waste management andestablished a industry chain model of construction waste based on the whole processmanagement. Made a detailed description of how to achieve the construction wasterecycled each stage from building design, building construction, building demolitionto construction waste recycling. Also by the case of a construction project with somehypotheses, calculated the economic and environmental benefits of the constructionwaste which is not Recycled and which is Recycled respectively via the method ofcase analysis and comparison, and came to the advantage of the recyling stage of theconstruction waste.Finally, respectively presented some suggestions to the parties involved in thewhole process management model of the construction waste industry chain, includinggovernment and related support industries, the generation parties of construction waste, as well as the parties about the recycling and handling of construction waste.And hope to achieve a good and healthy operation of the whole process managementmodel of the construction waste industry chain by the parties’ effectivecommunication and cooperation.By the processing to the construction waste ang the case anaysis in this paper, theaim of reducing the construction waste to occupy the land, to pollute the environment,and to the carbon emissions will be achieved. And the paper will provide a referenceto the relevant government agencies and enterprises who want to management orutilization the construction waste, and it will be a reference to the low-carboneconomic construction of the construction industry.
