The CO2 emissions by the consumption of fossil energy are the main man-made cause of global warming. Climate change has become one of the world's top problems and is the most serious challenge that needs the people all over the world to confront. With the development of industrial economy, the high speeding of urbanization and the population increase, the climate problem is becoming more and more serious: the CO2 emissions increasing, the ozone layer destruction, the ice melting and the extreme weather occurred frequently, have been seriously threat to human survival and health. Even if the human gets the rapid growth of GDP, it will be affected by the climate problems and will not exist for a long time. In fact, human needs to find a new way to realize the sustainable development of economy and society, then “low-carbon” emerged.The fifth IPCC report pointed that the main reason of the climate warming was the accumulating of the CO2. It will affect our climate for centuries in many ways even though we stop discharging CO2 now. From above, the people all over the world has reached a consensus that we need to develop a new economy of low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions. In 2013, China's carbon emissions have been more than the sum of the European Union and the United States, becoming the country with the largest carbon emissions. Energy-saving and emission-reduction are not only an effective way to restrain global warming, but also an important way of promoting the sustainable development of economic. On December 18,2009, the former prime minister Wen Jiabao at the meeting known as "The last chance to save human" promised that China's carbon emissions of per unit of GDP would lower 40% to 45% in 2020 than which in 2005, meaning that low-carbon emissions have been become one of the national strategies and reducing carbon emissions are clearer and more difficult.Town is not only the core area of the people to carry out the economic activities, but also a concentrated area of energy consumption. In the rapidly process of urbanization, urban carbon emissions not only have become an important part of global change that can't be ignored, consuming 75% of the energy, but also have been one of the important restriction factors of the sustainable development of towns. The construction of low-carbon community is not only the key of energy-saving, emission reduction and the development of low-carbon economy, but also a new trend of the future urban construction. The communities as parts of a town have important influence on the urban energy and CO2 emissions. Low-carbon community construction is an important part of low-carbon urban construction and is the important measures to realize social harmony and promote the sustainable development of towns.Low-carbon community as a new direction of the urban community development, is the carrier and the basic unit to achieve a low carbon economy, also is low carbon concept in the specific application and practice of urban community. Family is the foundation of community construction and the terminal of the product and the service. The proportion of household energy consumption and carbon emissions are increasing. In 2011, our family life energy consumption accounts for 11.23% of domestic energy consumption, second only to the industrial sector, and the rate of domestic energy consumption in some European countries have been more than industrial. As a result, the CO2 emissions of household energy consumption growth gradually caused widely public concern.Family emissions play an important role in urban carbon emissions and be the basic component of carbon emissions. This paper based on the date we have surveyed 515 families in 11 districts in Kaifeng.With the domestic carbon emissions calculation, analyses the key factors that affects the family carbon emissions, which helps people to realize that their own behaviors will cause the increasing of family carbon emissions. Based on this, We applied multiple regression and one-way ANOVA in SPSS 21.0 to explore the relationship between family CO2 emissions and its influence factors, including its interactive items, getting the contribution rate of each factor and the significant degree.We have the following conclusions : ? multivariate regression result shows that the family population, household employment, housing area, annual family income and private cars are significant, and household carbon emissions increase with the population, but per unit carbon emissions decreased with the increase of household population; In the sample careers, doing business is the top one of the household carbon emissions; Household carbon emissions are increasing with the family housing area and the annual family income; The CO2 emissions of the families with private cars are twice more than the families without a car. ?Taking interactive items into account, significant factor is family income,the significant interactive items are:the population of family and career of householder, the population of family and housing area, the population of family and private cars,the career of householder and housing area,the career of householder and family income,the career of householder and private cars,the degree of householder and family income,housing area and family income,family income and private cars, Suggests that the influence factors of carbon emissions of families are linked,so we should consider the interactive items of the factors.From the view of the urban families carbon behavior in China's energy use and impact on carbon emissions in cities and towns, it is important to know the source of energy and environmental problems from the terminal consumption of the urban residents. It is important to provide solutions to reduce urban families carbon emissions as well as the construction of low carbon community, with important practical significancet.
