With the rapid development of Chinese economy, environment pollution isbecoming more and more serious, sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions is increasing. Airpollution and acid rain has brought the huge injury to the people’s life and theecological environment. So it is imperative to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions fromcoal-fired power plant.This dissertation comes from#5、#6boiler flue gas desulfurization and dedusting ofPetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company Thermal Power Plant. Analyzing thepower of natural conditions and the field practical, combining with the basic principle ofdesulfurization process and the scope of application for common desulfurization process,the best scheme of#5、#6boiler flue gas desulfurization is established. Study ontechnological principle and system structure in Circulating Fluidized Bed Flue GasDesulfurization Technology, the main character of technological is obtained by meansof comprehensive analysis. Two models are established that desulfurizer is injecteddifferent position in absorber. Appling the FLUENT, the flow field in two models issimulated. Diffusion effect absorbing tower and bag filter system is confirmed by usingnumerical software. Based on problems of absorption tower in the operation, influencingfactors of desulphurization efficiency and stability was studied by analyzing thestructure and process theory of absorption tower system. An optimization design ofabsorption tower system is given by theory analysis and numerical simulation results.According to optimization design in the operation, the feasibility of desulfurizationsystem is analyzed, and the economy of desulfurization system is demonstrated.This paper researches on reforming the desulphurization system provides importanttheoretical basis and guidance to Liaoyang Petrochemical Company Thermal PowerPlant,that produced a good social and environmental benefits.It provides beneficialattempt and exploration for industrialization of Circulating Fluidized Bed Flue GasDesulfurization Technology in coal fired power plant....
