In this paper, a type of column flotation device is designed, the device containroughing column, select column and scavenging column. It can realize roughing,selected and scavenging. Otherwise, installing a oblique selected column. Not only thecolumn can work alone, but also they can realize continuous flotation.The air inlet mode and the pulp dispersion degree have a greater impact on theflotation results. Through using the multiphase flow model in Fluent, the air-liquidtwo-phase in the bubble generator and the mixing drum is simulated, acquiring somerules of the mixing.The experiment mainly study air test of the two kinds of bubble generator and threekinds of slurry atomization, using this different elements, the jet bubble generator inletmeans and grid atomizing feeding mode have the better the concentrate grade and rate ofrecovery.
