This study investigated the basis formulations of polyurethane grouting material and flameretardant.Compound modify polyurethan with solid flame retardants(melamin、ammoniumpolyphosphate、Br)and liquid flame retardants(DMMP、TCEP).Study on the role of the additivesand infuence law of the mechanical properties.Study on the role of different flame retardants tomechanical properties and flame retardancy of flame-retardant polyurethane groutingmaterial.The result indicates as follow:(1)The basis formulations of polyurethane grouting material as follow:isocyanate index is1.02,water content was0.1%,sanya ethyl diamine content was0.2%,stannous tin was0.15%,defoamer content was0.8%.The best mechanical properties can reach7.456MPa intension,11.640KJ m-2in impact,and17.790MPa in compression.(2)The flame retarded effect of unitary flame retardant on polyurethane grouting materialwere unconspicuous,while the flame retardancy of polyurethane grouting material wereimproved significantly by multiplex flame retardant for synergism effect of flame retardant,theoptimum flame retardant mix ratio of Br,DMMP is1:2.(3)Microscopic type of material is observed by SEM. After flame retardant,the materialsurface covered with a dense layer of coke.The coke layer can prevent from further burningflame,and improve performance the flame-retardant polyurethane material.(4)Flame retardant added can improve the thermal stabilit,yaverage burning time is sharplyreduced.
