In our country, because of the garbage composition is complex, and changeful with time and space, it will produce some form of secondary pollution in the burning treatment process. So, all kinds of pollutant amount are the important evaluation basis of pollutants whether emissions standards for the rubbish power plant, especially for the most venomous dioxin. In this paper, it analyzed and researched the results of the research literature of the second pollutants discharge, control and mixing combustion characteristics in the garbage incineration process, and get the conclusion that waste mixed coal, straw as the fuel, and burning in certain proper combustion temperature can reduce the creation of pollutants by numerous studies and experiments. Due to the boiler flue exit pollutant is the source of the whole pollutants in the gas, it will directly effect the amount of pollutants in the eventually gas emissions. So in this paper, this article focuses on the export side of the mixed fuel boiler characteristics of the generation mechanism of pollutants, emissions optimization study in depth, aimed to explore a way to reduce waste and reduce the fuel mixture of pollutants in the process of formation of suitable engineering methods. In this paper, according to actual operation data from a Shanxi mixed waste fired power plant, the model of pollutant emission process of boiler burning waste, coal and straw was established. Validation showed the model can simulate the process of mixed fuel boiler pollutants emissions better. On that basis, the multi-objective optimization function of flue-gas pollutants emission was designed and the Pareto optimal solution set was found lastly. According to the engineering condition of dioxins could be broken down when the mixed fired temperature in the range of850~900℃, further selected the efficient solution subset of boiler mixed burning operating condition that emission values which could satisfying engineering requirements from Pareto optimal solution set. The subset show that when the temperature greater than850℃,with appropriate increase of the blending amount of coal and temperature, the formation of dioxins of boiler side exit have significant reduced, the minimum far better than the national standard value of eventually allow emissions gas and test value of the on-site gas after purification, moreover other pollutant emissions value also much lower than the actual test value of side exit of on-site boile. If mixed with the optimized combustion conditions and then by a mixture of flue gas purification, the value of dioxins and emissions of major pollutants discharged will be far superior to engineering standards.
