Waste incineration power generation technology can reduce and recycle garbage. However, there was a air pollution trouble with it, so flue gas purification system became the most important part in such projects. In this paper, a waste incineration power generation project under construction was studied. On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the parts at length, through calculating, the engineering and design, completed the of the main equipment in detail.First, the set of SNCR, half dry, bag-type dust collector, SCR, GGH system working principle and technological process were analyzed; and then calculated the dry process, semi-dry and wet process of this set; finally, designed and drew the figures of semi-dry process, dry process, activated carbon injection system layout, filter structure, SCR device layout plan and the wet acid tower.On the basis of research, through calculation and comparison, this set of flue gas purification system can reduce the SOX, NOx, HF, HCL and harmful substances such as dioxins to 50 mg/Nm3,75 mg/Nm3,1 mg/Nm3,10 mg/Nm3, and 0.08 ng-TEQ/Nm3.The emissions of pollutants content achieved the 《DIRECTIVE 2000/76/EC OF EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL》 (EU 2000) standard, and emissions of NOx and dioxins were beyond the highest standards. I participated in the design of waste incineration power generation flue gas purification process was the most advanced systems, and it had a big significance to China.
