Polysilicon is the raw material for monocrystalline silicon preparation, known as the "food" in the modern information society, it is also the raw materials for crystalline silicon solar cell. The method Physical purification polysilicon,low cost, low pollution, high conversion rate, the method is simple, those advantages cause more research about it, and it also have best prospects in large-scale technology production.This design assignment is a part of the crucible processing pipeline used in the physical purification of polysilicon. Including test the water under pressure, the ribbon winding, mud wiping and drying,once again ribbon winding. After these programs, take silicon raw materials into the crucible to heating in infrared high-temperature furnace, repeated several times to purificated. This dissertation design the ribbon winding machine to winding glass ribbon on the crucible after the water test, and after wiping the mud dried,meet the specific requirements of the square finally. The design can be divided into four major in general, ribbon windding trolly,hydraulic system, rotation mechanism of crucible movement, support connected institutions.The dissertations discusses the requirements of winding ribbon process on crucible at first, including the specific circumstances of crucible and the other processes, so that determined problems have to solved and the purpose of design have to achieved. Secondly,for the objectives have to be achieved, raised the overall program,and then conduct a feasibility analysis about the overall program, to determined the working principle and structure of the machine. Using Pro/E software make three-dimensional modeling,, have finite element analysis about important parts, and then draw the engineering drawings. After prototype produced, install debug the equipment and have trial production. According to process requirements, optimized the relevant parameters,that determine the best work parameters of the ribbon winding machine.
