With the rapid development of advanced technology,modern punching forming technology is of primly importance in the mechanical processing.At the same time,with the more widely application of aluminum profiles in the construction industry,single row hydraulic punching machine in the development of the market has broad market prospects.This topic for a certain enterprise 150 T single row hydraulic punching machine was carried out on the processing of aluminum template.It's prone to produce bias load and deformation of large parts and other phenomena,and the punching hole is not smooth enough to meet the requirements of processing accuracy,and is low degree of intelligence in the processing.So this paper improves optimization with the mechanical structure,hydraulic system,and control system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,SolidWorks is used to create the 3D solid model of the 150 T single row hydraulic punching machine,and the finite element analysis is carried out by Hypermesh.According to the analysis results,it shows the reason that the phenomenon of eccentric load and the deformation of the material are prone to occur in the group punching machine.Aiming at the problems of existing institutions,this paper puts forward a new type of "eight character" mechanism,the design of the punching needle on the punching machine is improved as well,each group of the needle is arranged in order from high to low in sequence arrangement.In addition,the finite element analysis is applied to the improved punching machine.The results show that the stress of each component is uniform and the maximum stress reduces by13.1% and the maximum deformation decrease by 37.84%.Secondly,the design of hydraulic system of 150 T single row hydraulic punching machine is improved,the hydraulic components of the hydraulic system are modeled and simulated by AMESIM,displacement and flow performance curves are obtained.In order to improve the hydraulic system without changing the dynamic performance of hydraulic system.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of the hydraulic system at all stages of the flow and pressure,this article uses the high and low pressure double pump combination of oil supply.The results of AMESIM simulation show that the pressure and flow of the hydraulic cylinder and valve of the improved hydraulic system are more stable,and there is no large floating site.Moreover,the time required to complete a punching shortens by 43.71%.Finally,this article analyzes the electric control principle of the punching machine,designs the control system and visual interface based on MITSUBISHI FNseries PLC and GOT11 series touch screen in order to resolve the existing problem of control system.The running state of the equipment can be monitored and adjusted more clearly,and the functional unified,structural integration and miniaturization can be realized.
